something feels off
something in you already knows

You're managing.
You're functioning.
And something still feels off.

Not crisis-level wrong. Just quietly, persistently not yours. This is the space to name what's been happening, and to start asking what comes next.

If this is you,
you're in the right place.

01You've done the therapy, the apps, the journalling. Things shift, then something happens and you're back where you started.
02You understand your patterns intellectually. But understanding them doesn't seem to change them.
03You feel wired but exhausted. Or you shut down when things get hard and can't figure out why.
04Nothing is technically wrong. Which makes it harder to justify asking for support.
05You're keeping it together on the outside. But you're living your life from a slight distance, performing it, not quite in it.
the reason it isn't sticking

You don't have a mindset problem.
You have a nervous system still running
an older programme.

Your body learned to keep you safe a long time ago. Fight. Freeze. Shut down. Push through. Those patterns made sense then. They're just not yours anymore. Once you can understand what's actually happening inside your body, everything shifts. Not just how you cope. How you see.

What becomes possible
when you understand your body

Instead of: "Why can't I just calm down?"
You understand exactly what state you're in, and what your body actually needs right now.
Instead of: "I know what to do, I just can't do it."
You work with your nervous system first, then act from a regulated state, not against a dysregulated one.
Instead of: generic breathing exercises that never quite land.
Practices matched to your exact state in this moment, not what works for someone else.
Instead of: feeling like you're waiting for your real life to start.
You start hearing what your body has been trying to tell you, and asking questions you couldn't hear before.
Instead of: living by everyone else's map.
You understand how your energy is actually designed to move — and why what works for everyone else has never quite fit you.

Why I built this

Hi, I'm Clara. I hold three somatic certifications, the Core Rising Method, Somatic Coaching, and Somatic Yoga with Charlotte Watts. I'm also a 300-hour yoga teacher and human design guide. I've spent over two years doing this work on my own nervous system before bringing it to others.

One

The Nervous System State Quiz

Ten questions that identify your default survival state, the pattern your nervous system falls back to most when things get hard. Fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown. Most people have a moment of recognition when they see their result. That recognition is the beginning.

Two

The Somatic Pause App

For right now, in this moment. When you feel off, overwhelmed, or like you can't land, open the app, answer a few questions, and get practices matched to your current state. Activate. Discharge. Ground. Whatever your body needs now, not what works in general.

Regulation Practices

The library and weekly practices are built around one thing: learning to work with your nervous system, not against it. Education organised by survival state, somatic practices matched to where you are, and a structured path that deepens over time. No guessing. No generic advice.

The doing
Four

The Identity Work Arc

Regulation opens a door. What's on the other side is the real work, learning who you are underneath the coping. Weekly practices that move through pattern work, shadow, Human Design, and the question of who you are when you stop performing. This is where the real unravelling happens.

The becoming

The Space

Women doing this work. Honestly. Not performatively. A place to say where you actually are — and have it witnessed without having to justify it. You don't have to perform being okay here. Regulation happens faster when you're not doing it alone.

Things you might
be wondering

I don't have trauma. Is this still for me?
+
Yes, and this question is exactly why this community exists. You don't need a diagnosis, a breakdown, or a story that qualifies. If something feels quietly off, if you're functioning but not quite in it, if nothing is technically wrong but something isn't yours, that's enough. The nervous system doesn't distinguish between "big" events and chronic low-grade pressure. Both leave patterns. You don't need to justify being here.
I've tried therapy, mindfulness, somatic work before. Will this be different?
+
Probably, but not because those things are wrong. Most approaches give you insight or tools without helping you understand which tool to use, when, and why. Reclaim Your Life gives you a structured map, starting with your specific survival state, so you're not guessing. The Somatic Pause app tells you what your body needs right now, not what helps in general. That specificity changes things.
I started something like this before and didn't finish it. What's different here?
+
The Milestone Tracker exists specifically for this. The journey is broken into 13 clear steps, you always know exactly where you are and what's next. There's no huge commitment required. You start with the quiz, which takes five minutes. Then one step at a time. The whole thing is designed to respect your capacity, not demand more of it.
How much time does this take?
+
As much or as little as you have. The quiz takes five minutes. The library content is designed to be consumed in short sessions, no long commitments. The Somatic Pause app is for whenever you need it, not a daily obligation. The whole structure is built around your pace, your body, your timeline.
What is the space actually like?
+
Honest. Women checking in, sharing what's working, asking for support when they're in it. It's not a place to perform being okay, it's a place to actually say where you are. People who are in the work, not performing it. That said, you can engage as much or as little as you want. Lurking is allowed. Showing up at your own pace is the whole point.
Is this therapy?
+
No, and it's not trying to be. This is education, community, and somatic practice tools. It doesn't replace clinical mental health support, and if you're in acute distress, please do seek professional care. What this offers is something different: a structured way to understand your nervous system patterns and work with them, not just cope around them.
Who leads this?
+
Clara Louis, certified in three somatic modalities (the Core Rising Method, Somatic Coaching, and Somatic Yoga with Charlotte Watts), 300-hour yoga teacher, and human design guide. Clara has spent over two years doing this work on her own nervous system. She is also the person who will ask the question nobody else in this space is asking: not just "can you regulate?" but "now that you can, who do you actually want to be?"
Where it begins

Most people come in thinking
they need to feel better.
What they find is they stop asking
what's wrong with them, and start
being on their own side.
