Who is responsible

Somatic with Clara.

Clara Louis, trading as Somatic with Clara, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and its sign-up forms. You can contact Clara at hello@somaticwithclara.com.

What we collect

Only what helps.

Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• your first name and email address when you sign up for a guide, email updates, an offer or a call;
• the information you choose to include when you email Clara or make an enquiry;
• limited technical and usage information, such as pages visited, browser type and referral source, when analytics are enabled.

Please do not send sensitive health information through a website form or ordinary email. Somatic with Clara is not a crisis, medical or therapy service.

Why we use it

For the thing you asked for.

• to send a guide, resource or information you requested;
• to reply to an enquiry or arrange an agreed call;
• to send occasional marketing emails only when you have chosen to receive them;
• to keep the website secure and understand what is useful, in an aggregated way.

For ongoing marketing emails, the basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by emailing Clara. Sending a guide you asked for does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to future marketing.

The tools we use

No selling your details.

We use carefully chosen service providers to run the site and send what you ask for:

• MailerLite manages sign-up forms, subscriber preferences and email delivery;
• Vercel hosts this website and its downloadable resources;
• Umami provides privacy-focused, aggregated website analytics across this site.

These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information. If a provider processes information outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the safeguards it makes available for that transfer.

How long we keep it

Not forever, promise.

We keep sign-up information while you remain subscribed, or for as long as we genuinely need it to respond to your request. We review the list periodically and remove or anonymise information we no longer need. You can ask for deletion sooner.

Your choices

You are still in charge.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, and to receive a copy of information you gave us. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Start by emailing hello@somaticwithclara.com. If you are in the UK and remain unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
